Os aromas trazem um cítrico com um fundo balsâmico, que evoluem para um fundo de mel, característico dos vinhos dessa casta.
Esse Chardonnay tem passagem de 6 meses por barricas e talvez seja isso que tenha causado uma surpresa interessante. Na boca ele tem uma presença mais untuosa e estruturada do que os aromas inicialmente estavam entregando.
Foi ótima companhia para um suculento frango assado com batatas, mas com certeza iria muito bem também com carne de porco e um belo salmão grelhado.
