A agência We Know Too Much juntou-se ao Magna Carta Wine & Food para realizar o curso de vinhos “Descobrir a Prova”.
É um curso lecionado por Luís Bento, Sommelier / WSET 3, numa formação que abordará os seguintes temas:
- Fatores que influenciam a qualidade do vinho;
- Técnicas de vinificação (tintos, brancos e rosés);
- As etapas da degustação;
- Os defeitos do vinho;
- Equilíbrio no vinho
No fim, terá lugar um jantar com harmonização vínica no Magna Carta – Wine & Food.
