A Ilha da Madeira já está se preparando para um dos eventos mais importantes de seu calendário: a Festa do Vinho, que em 2019 acontece entre os dias 25 de agosto e 8 de setembro.
Uma das atrações é o Madeira Wine Lounge, instalado na Praça do Povo, onde o ambiente é mais cosmopolita e contemporâneo. É neste espaço que são realizados deliciosos Jantares Temáticos inspirados nos sabores e vinhos de cada região da Madeira.
A ideia da celebração é recriar um pouco dos velhos hábitos que envolvem a produção do vinho, que começou há mais de 500 anos na Ilha da Madeira. A cidade fica toda decorada em homenagem à bebida, e há degustações, exposições, quadros vivos, shows de música, apresentações de folclore e muito mais.
