Este vinho, produzido em uma quinta com tradição de 400 anos, traz na bagagem muita elegância. Precisou de um tempo na taça para abrir e entregar um ótimo equilíbrio entre fruta vermelha, condimentos e um fundo de fumo.
Na boca, como já comentei, muita elegância e estrutura. Um vinho para ser apreciado com calma, pois evolui bem.
Gastronômico, foi excelente companhia para um magret de pato com molho de laranja e mel.
