?? Num primeiro momento, este Quinta dos Termos chamou imediatamente a atenção pela sua cor que tingiu de escuro a rolha. Já na taça, apresentou um tom vermelho alaranjado muito bonito.
Estava um pouco fechado e por isso utilizamos um decanter. Passados cerca de 15 minutos, fez sentir um frescor no nariz, assim como muita fruta vermelha e condimentos bem marcantes, lembrando pimenta preta e cravo. No restante da noite sua evolução foi notável!
Na boca apresentou-se um vinho maduro, estruturado, com taninos bem concebidos e elegantes. Com excelente acidez e muito gastronômico, este é daqueles vinhos para tomar bem devagar e ser apreciado em cada momento, mesmo estando no decanter.
?? At first, this Quinta dos Termos immediately drew attention for its color that tinted dark the cork. In the glass it presented a beautiful orange-red tone.
It was a little closed and so we used a decanter. After about 15 minutes, there was a freshness in the nose, as well as a lot of red fruit and very striking condiments, reminiscent of black pepper and cloves. For the rest of the night, its evolution was remarkable!
In the mouth a mature, structured wine was presented, with well-designed and elegant tannins. With excellent acidity and great gastronomy, this is one of those wines to drink very slowly and be enjoyed at every moment, even when in the decanter.
