A garrafa é selada, o que requer a utilização de um saca-rolhas diretamente no selo. Na hora de servir utilizamos um areador para evitar resíduos. Na taça apresentou-se com um tom mais claro, que faz lembrar goiaba.
Já os aromas criaram alguma discussão: à Renata fez lembrar ameixa preta, enquanto que eu imediatamente senti um grande frescor. De fato, é um vinho muito fresco, com aromas diferentes e interessantes, que gera bastante curiosidade.
Na boca é um tinto leve, ideal para dias mais quentes. Elegante, bem liso e interessante, uma vez que a mistura sentida no nariz é igualmente despertada no paladar. À Renata chegou mesmo a lembrar Pinot Noir. Afinal de contas, quem diria que Touriga Nacional com Avesso dava Pinot Noir?

The bottle is sealed, which requires the use of a corkscrew directly on the seal. When serving, we use a aerator to avoid waste. In the bowl, it was presented in a lighter tone, reminiscent of guava.
The aromas created some discussion: for Renata it reminded black plum, while I immediately felt a great freshness. In fact, it is a very fresh wine, with different and interesting aromas, which generates a lot of curiosity.
In the mouth it is a light red, ideal for warmer days. Elegant, very smooth and interesting, since the mixture felt in the nose is also aroused on the palate. Renata even came to remember Pinot Noir. After all, who knew Touriga Nacional with Avesso gave Pinot Noir?
