Este Domaine de la Solitude é um Grand Vin de Graves, uma zona onde se encontram maioritariamente vinhos Cabernet Sauvignon. Este caso em particular da safra de 2016 é constituído por 55% Cabernet Sauvignon e 45% Merlot.
Na taça apresenta um rubi bonito. Os aromas são maravilhosos, trazendo cereja, cravo, um mix de frutas vermelhas e especiarias, principalmente pimenta preta. Muito bom mesmo!
Na boca faz sentir muito de leve o pimentão da Cabernet. É um vinho elegante, potente, estruturado, com uma permanência excelente e acidez que envolve a boca.
Harmonizou muito bem com o prato de carne.

This Domaine de la Solitude is a Grand Vin de Graves, an area where mostly Cabernet Sauvignon wines are found. This particular case of the 2016 vintage consists of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon and 45% Merlot.
In the glass it presents a beautiful ruby. The aromas are wonderful, bringing cherry, cloves, a mix of red fruits and spices, mainly black pepper. Really good!
In the mouth the Cabernet pepper is very light. It is an elegant, powerful, structured wine, with an excellent permanence and acidity that surrounds the mouth.
It harmonized very well with the meat dish.
