O Folgorosa Touriga Nacional respondeu muito bem a esse chamado, entregando um vinho denso, que tinge a taça. Os aromas remetem frutas vermelhas, fumo e, depois de meia hora de decanter, a menta da Touriga Nacional e um floral.
Na boca um vinho complexo, estruturado e elegante. Enche a boca, você literalmente mastiga. O frescor da fruta vem logo no princípio e ele evoluiu muito bem durante o jantar.
?? The night had one of my favorite dishes, Rojões de Porco that Renata does very well. And to accompany this Portuguese dish, we had to open a good wine from an emblematic Portuguese grape variety, Touriga Nacional.
Folgorosa Touriga Nacional responded very well to this call, delivering a dense wine, which dyes the glass. The aromas send red fruits, smoke, and, after half an hour on a decanter, it came the mint of Touriga Nacional and a floral touch.
In the mouth a complex, structured and elegant wine. It fills the mouth, you literally chew it. The freshness of the fruit comes right at the beginning and it evolved very well during dinner.
