Denso na taça, este vinho apresenta uma cor rubi muito bonita, indicando que ainda tem muito para oferecer.
Num primeiro momento, os aromas trouxeram notas de frutas vermelhas e um fundo de condimentos. Porém, como ainda estavam um pouco fechados, usamos um decanter e, passado algum tempo, o vinho mostrou-se mais aberto entregando alcaçuz e um belo frescor típico da casta.
Encheu a boca e revelou ser um vinho com muita estrutura, encorpado e com uma excelente acidez. Muito elegante mesmo.
Uma ótima companhia para carnes vermelhas, carnes de caça e pratos típicos do interior de Portugal. Acredito que daqui a uns seis ou sete anos estará no seu auge. Vai muito longe!

Dense in the glass, this wine has a very beautiful ruby color, indicating that it still has a lot to offer.
At first, the aromas brought notes of red fruits and a background of condiments. However, as they were still a little closed, we used a decanter and, after some time, the wine was more open, delivering licorice and a beautiful freshness typical of this grape variety.
It filled the mouth and revealed to be a wine with a lot of structure, full-bodied and with an excellent acidity. Very elegant indeed.
A great company for red meats, hunting meats and typical dishes from the interior of Portugal. I believe that in six or seven years it will be at its peak. It goes a long way!
