Visita pela Quinta da Palmeirinha (Quinta da Penina) nas Piscinas Municipais, propriedade onde foi fundada a Adega Cooperativa de Lagoa e onde se vinificaram os seus primeiros vinhos, propriedade onde ficará a conhecer a mais antiga vinha da casta Negra Mole da região, datada de 1942.
Será servido um welcome drink e o almoço no Monte de Salicos – MDS Vinhos, uma propriedade vinícola familiar muito próxima de Carvoeiro e da exposição à brisa marítima, ligação que estará presente no menu e nos vinhos que serão servidos no almoço.
Visita à Arvad Wine, o mais recente produtor do Algarve, onde a história da origem fenícia da produção de vinho em Portugal está bem preservada.

Visit Quinta da Palmeirinha (Quinta da Penina) in Piscinas Municipais, property where the Adega Cooperativa de Lagoa was founded and where its first wines were vinified, property where you will discover the oldest vineyard of the region’s Negra Mole variety, dating back to 1942.
A welcome drink and lunch will be served at Monte de Salicos – MDS Vinhos, a family wine estate very close to Carvoeiro and the exposure to the sea breeze, a connection that will be present in the menu and in the wines that will be served for lunch.
Visit to Arvad Wine, the most recent producer in the Algarve, where the history of the Phoenician origin of wine production in Portugal is well preserved.
