?? O prato da noite era coxa de pato assada com molho de laranja, um prato com uma mistura de sabores incrível e veio a ideia de harmonizar com um bom Pinot Noir.
Este vinho estava na adega, ao lado de um outro Pinot da Borgonha, mas veio a vontade de fazer algo diferente. Deu certo. É um belo vinho. Na taça tem um tom ocre que já vimos em outros Pinots. Muito aromático, entrega frutas vermelhas, frescor e um grande desejo de bebê-lo.
Na boca é um vinho elegante e complexo. Não é encorpado, como era de se esperar, mas enche a boca. Harmonizou com perfeição e deu prazer até a última gota.
?? The evening dish was roasted duck leg with orange sauce, a dish with an incredible mixture of flavors and came up with the idea of pairing it with a good Pinot Noir.
This wine was in the cellar, next to another Burgundian Pinot, but the desire to do something different came. It worked.
It is a beautiful wine.
In the bowl an ocher tone that we have seen in other Pinots. Very aromatic, delivers red fruits, freshness and a great desire to drink it.
In the mouth an elegant and complex wine. It is not full-bodied, as expected, but it fills your mouth.
It harmonized perfectly and gave pleasure to the last drop.
