A Sauvignon Blanc tem gerado ótimos vinhos em Portugal e este é um bom representante.
Na taça temos um vinho palha claro, brilhante e convidativo. Os aromas entregam um cítrico, floral com um fundo herbáceo fresco. Bela combinação.
Na boca um vinho com uma acidez que pede comida, leve, retrogosto agradável e boa persistência. Foi ótima companhia para o peixe da noite.
Sauvignon Blanc has been creating great wines in Portugal and this wine is a good representation.
In the glass we have a clear, bright, and inviting straw wine. The aromas deliver a citric, floral with a fresh herbaceous background. Beautiful combination.
In the mouth a wine with an acidity that asks for food, light, pleasant aftertaste, and good persistence. It was a great company for the fish of the night.
