Vallis dulcis Rosé 2018

Não é de hoje que falamos sobre a qualidade crescente dos vinhos Rosé e este é um bom exemplar.

A beleza na taça, a cor e o brilho são um convite. Os aromas trazem um frescor e um toque sutil de frutas vermelhas.

Na boca um vinho fresco, com boa estrutura, acidez no ponto para um bom queijo e frios. Estava 32°C em Lisboa e esse vinho caiu super bem com nossas entradas.

In the mouth a fresh wine, with good structure, acidity on point for a good cheese and cold meats. It was 32°C in Lisbon and this wine went super well with our starters.
