A cor palha clara brilhante é muito bonita. Os aromas evoluem durante a refeição proporcionando uma ótima experiência. Começa por um tostado, mas depois de 30 minutos, temos um frescor e um cítrico equilibrado. Na boca também a evolução é marcante. Um vinho untuoso e com um toque amanteigado que se abre e entrega um frescor, com muita elegância e personalidade. Belo vinho para acompanhar salmão ao forno com purê de ervilhas.
