​“Quando pensamos em material necessário para uma Prova de Vinho pensamos em quê?   Copos, cuspideiras, guardanapos, fichas de prova, corta sabores, sacarolhas… e Roda dos Aromas?!  E se, em lugar de pensarmos, sentíssemos? E se, em lugar da Roda dos Aromas, tivéssemos a Roda das Emoções?! “

Este dia será uma oportunidade de conversar sobre isso e partilhar bons momentos à mesa. A prova começa às 18h30 e será alongada para degustar a oferta de gastronomia tradicional e muitíssimo bem combinada com os Vinhos Douro Teoria.

“When we think about the materials needed for a wine tasting, what comes to mind? Glasses, spittoons, napkins, tasting sheets, palate cleansers, corkscrews… and the Aroma Wheel?! What if, instead of thinking, we felt? And what if, instead of the Aroma Wheel, we had the Emotion Wheel?!”

This day will be an opportunity to discuss this and share great moments around the table. The tasting starts at 6:30 PM and will be extended to enjoy traditional gastronomy, perfectly paired with Douro Teoria wines.
