À mesa, o jantar de degustação propõe uma viagem pelos aromas e pela identidade vínica do Alentejo, através de um menu harmonizado criado especialmente para esta noite.

A experiência começa às 19h00 com welcome drink, seguida de jantar de degustação com pairing vínico às 19h30.

The Emprata Restaurant hosts a wine dinner in partnership with José Piteira and Abegoaria. Deeply connected to the Alentejo tradition, José Piteira’s wines stand out for their authenticity, character, and expression of the land from which they originate.

At the table, the tasting dinner offers a journey through the aromas and wine identity of Alentejo, through a specially created paired menu for this evening.

The experience begins at 7:00 PM with a welcome drink, followed by a tasting dinner with wine pairing at 7:30 PM.
