Malandra Reserva 2016

Esse alentejano é uma combinação e tanto de castas. Temos Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon, Alicante Bouschet e Syrah. Não podia dar outra coisa senão um vinho muito denso na taça, com um brilho cereja marcante. Os aromas apresentam boa complexidade que vão se revelando aos poucos. Temos o frescor da Touriga, a pimenta preta da Syrah e uma mistura interessante de frutas vermelhas e compota. Na boca um vinho um pouco pesado e encorpado. Taninos presentes sem incomodar, com certeza por conta da juventude do vinho. Pede comida e acompanhou muito bem nosso entrecôte.

This Alentejo is quite a combination of grape varieties. We have Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon, Alicante Bouschet and Syrah. It could give nothing but a very dense wine in the glass, with a striking cherry glow. The aromas present good complexity that are gradually revealed. We have the freshness of Touriga, Syrah’s black pepper and an interesting mix of red fruits and jam. In the mouth a slightly heavy and full bodied wine. Tannins present without disturbing, certainly because of the youth of the wine. Ordered food and accompanied our entrecôte very well.
