O Douro and Porto Wine Festival é uma marca registada Instituto dos Vinhos do Douro e Porto. Esta marca pretende promover os vinhos e a região demarcada do Douro e Porto. Para atingir esse objetivo foi desenvolvido o conceito de festival que representa a marca.

No Douro and Porto Wine Festival unem-se dezenas de produtores de vinhos do Douro e do Porto, chefes de cozinha nacionais de renome e artistas musicais de cariz nacional e internacional. O evento contará com a presença do Chef Miguel Castro Silva e dos enólogos Álvaro Van Zeller e José Manuel Sousa.

Na área da música, a performance em concerto será assegurada por Mariza, Paulo Gonzo e José Cid e nomes internacionais como Michael Bolton e Nik Kershaw

O festival Douro and Porto Wine pretende ser um produto para atração turista à região, promovido também pelo Turismo do Porto e Norte de Portugal.

Douro & Porto Wine Festival is a registered brand at the Douro and Porto Wines’ Institute. This brand desires to promote the regional wines and its region of Douro and Porto city. To achieve such mark, the festival’s concept was born and now represents the Douro&Porto Wine brand.

At the Douro & Porto Wine Festival, dozens of regional wine producers unite to show visitors what this region holds best. From wine to cuisine with national chef names such as Chef Chef Miguel Castro Silva. The enologists Álvaro Van Zeller and José Manuel Sousa will be present.

No festival is complete without music, so this year’s Douro & Porto Wine Festival will count on Portuguese artists such as Mariza, Paulo Gonzo e José Cid. International musicians like Michael Bolton and Nik Kershaw will also perform.

This festival is a tourist attraction being promoted by the Porto’s and North of Portugal region’s Tourism.
